Website updates, software and security checks, backups, and checks of the forms, funnels and customer records connected to your site. The plan and your agreement set the scope of ongoing changes.
At launch. Managed websites have an initial twelve-month care term. Care then continues month to month; monthly fees do not start another twelve-month term. Build fees and provider usage are separate.
EHS retains the source during managed service. Requested source handover costs 30% of the remaining care fees in the twelve-month term, excluding variable usage. The handover and any outstanding invoices are set out in your agreement.
Traffic and API costs vary with use. Month-end usage invoices are charged to your saved card and appear in your dashboard. You'll receive notifications about payment issues; a site may be paused if invoices remain unpaid.
Each package has an estimated window. It begins when the brief, content and design direction are ready. We confirm the calendar target and any integration dependencies with you.
